Thanks Jeff.

After the death of Giorgio, my husband’s best friend, (49yo), his wife allowed the organ explants.
It was so suddenly. On Saturday 20 Giorgio’s funeral was hold, and the same day we had planned, we bought the air tickets in May, to fly to Barcellona, imagine that!

I think Giorgio is with Christ now, but for us especially for his wife and my husband, is a very difficult moment.

ps
You chose a very beautiful pic: from my parents’ home I can see the Graines castle, they live in Ayas Valley, how can you hit this?

Cristina

thanks Garpu

Cristina,

Again, my condolences go out to you all. I'm glad that Giorgio's wife consented to the organ donations. That was a beautiful gesture.

I hope that you and your husband still had a chance to get away for awhile, after the funeral was over. It sounds like you both could have used some time away, but I can also see why you might have wanted to stay close at hand for Giorgio's wife.

What a coincidence. I looked for images of the Aosta Valley, and that one seemed especially striking to me. You live in a very lovely part of the world.

I'm still keeping you all in my prayers.

Hi, Jen. Thanks. :)

I spoke about the trip to Barcellona only because was a journey together: Giorgio, Sandra, my husband Idris and I.

So instead to be all together walking on la Rambla, we were all together gathered at the church for the funeral.

Thank for your prayers Jeff. Sandra is very angry with God now.

I don't blame Sandra. She has every right to be.
